All Receptionist are disrespectful and rude. And even thou you make appointment you should waiting and wasting your time. The reason my friend recommended here is cheaper price. But just spend a little bit more and find and meet better doctors and nurse.

Long wait. Difficult to communicate with nurse and doctor. Went in because pap was abnormal and I needed to do a biopsy. Lying there on the exam table waiting. Nurse comes in preparing tools. Saw basin labeled abortion with tools in it on the side. Threw me off. I'm wondering how many have aborted at the table I'm lying on. As nurse is preparing, I notice fluids in vials and wonder what they are. I hear her say acid to the doctor and I ask her, acid? She blows me off. Doesn't explain. Doctor doesn't talk you through what I'm gonna feel or what she is doing. I ask the nurse if the doctor will use a syringe. She replies she may or may not. The entire time, I'm anxious, anticipating when she'll inject me and so forth. She gets the samples and tells me to see her in a wk. I find more information on the web than from this doctor. The acid btw, was acetic acid. I don't understand why the nurse couldn't say that. I do see her in a wk and go home distressed bc she basically said I had hpv.… More research at home tells me that is what she thinks I have. Tests do not show I'm positive. I'm switching doctors. In addition, the doctor appeared to be more interested in if I'd go for more procedures with her. When I told her I'd like to wait it out, she wasn't interested in giving me further answers and was ready to leave the room. I think she is a doctor more suitable for Koreans who are used to the way Koreans communicate in Korean hospitals.

Dr. Song billed me for services that were covered 100% by my insurance, When I Called to the office to be reimbursed they were very defensive about being paid twice and told me to "re-read my benefits" and that I would not be getting reimbursed. Let's just say after this conversation I could not deal with their incompetence anymore and I had to have my insurance provider contact them. Their "billing department" was unresponsive and would not have reimbursed me if I did not catch this double payment of services by viewing my claims summary online, and if my insurance provider did not keep contacting them for answers. BEWARE of this doctor!! She may be charging you for services your insurance covers and may not be telling you!! Also, after all the stress of battling them to get my $200, they called me later that day to tell me that they would have to deduct $5 for processing fees from the check they were sending me because I paid with my debit card! WHAT A JOKE!!!On top of this... as a… doctor she is very money focused, the whole visit she was mainly concerned about how the payment was going to be made for the visit/services. Just do yourself a favor and choose a different OB/GYN!!
