I have had a great experience with Dr. Capito and his wonderful staff! They have gone above and beyond to help me with any issues I have had from insurance to post surgery. They work as a team and work with their patients! Thank you!

staff rude!! Doctor rude!! comes and right back out!!

Tho the receptionist was nice enough but the girl that does the insurance (Kristie) was very rude and unprofessional. Overall no one listened to me or answered my questions and instead of trying to help with my needs I felt they were being combative instead. You go there with medical issues and not feeling well to begin with and should not have to be treate3d badly. I would not refer my friends or family even tho I believe he is a good surgeon I would not send them to be treated badly by a member of his staff like I was.
