Dr. Charles Edward Gaba, MD

He is the most caring, thoughtful, understanding Doctor and listens to you if you have issues to resolve. I would never want to go to any other Doctor but him for my needs . He and the staff are wonderful. If i could give a 10:rating i would. Its great to have Doctors that cares and he is number one.

I've been a patient of Dr. Gaba for 20+ years! Never had any problems, ever! Never feel rushed, always professional, listens to all I have to say and provides answers to all my questions( a rare quality in today's medical professionals)! I would never consider changing. My wife feels the same as me. The Baptist Medical staff is 5 stars also.

Do not go here! This person does not know about my rare disease so he told me to go somewhere else instead of helping me. He does not listen and talks about patients illness in the hallway for everyone to hear. No referral, no exam. Just go away away. His office lost my medical records or told me they never got them do when I went through the trouble of facing them again, he blamed me for taking up to much of the staffs time.

He always takes the proper time to deal with the reason you are there!

Post op follow up. Dr. Gaba takes his time, listens patiently, friendly and discusses treatment and options.

I have been seeing Dr. Gaba for many years and am always impressed by the personal attention he gives me during every visit. Even with the pressure of medical practices to get a patient in and out within 15 minutes, I never feel that he rushes me. He asks questions about my family, my life and listens to my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Gaba

I have been seeing doctor Gaba for three or four years and am very pleased with the relationship. Wait times are very reasonable. Response on prescription refills is usually prompt. Follow up appointments to routine blood work and tests tend to be brief with discussion limited to the results. You may feel rushed if you attempt to bring up a list of aches and pains at that time. More in depth discussions are reserved for annual physical exams. These never feel rushed. Dr. Gaba has also referred me to other specialists as needed, and I have usually been well served by his recommendations.

I went in to the doctor with an extremely severe chest pain (at first triggered by alcohol) and a swollen lymph node on my neck. He ignored the lymph node because it was not tender to the touch and gave me medicine for heartburn. I had Hodgkin's Lymphoma, a simple biopsy of the lymph node would have told us that instead of months of tests from several different specialists that eventually lead me to a general surgeon that was going to take out my gallbladder (which I have still not had taken out because it was not the problem). She was the one that finally advised us for a biopsy of the lymph node. I credit her for possibly saving my life. What Dr. Gaba shrugged off was cancer. It's a big deal to me.
