Dr. Charles Jerome Gaudet, MD

I have had two surgeries with Dr. Gaudet, a mini neck-lift and a lower eye-lid procedure (which was essentially to correct the work of another surgeon). I feel and look refreshed, and I am confident in my appearance. The extraordinary care and expertise which define the staff cannot be overestimated. I travel about an hour to get to Portsmouth even though there are many plastic surgeons nearby. I would be willing to drive many more hours if my destination was the office of Dr. Gaudet.

Dr. Gaudet is a "gentle man," who does an excellent job explaining every detail of the procedure. I am 70 years old and had a neck lift. My jawline has never looked so good. There is so much more definition now, and the fatty deposits are gone! I was amazed at how quickly I recovered. The first couple of nights were rough, but at 2 weeks I was out and about with no bruising. Not only is Dr. Gaudet charming, his staff is fabulous and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Dr. Gaudet!

He put me completely and no surprises his an artist. I had very little discomfort from the procedure but I manage with pain medication.  Dr. Gaudet made me look twenty years younger, and I look like me but twenty years younger. His staff is extremely Friendly and professional. I am so happy with the results. I can't recommend Dr. Gaudet enough and he goes above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed. I have had fillers and more recently an upper eyelid lift with Dr. Gaudet. He takes his time and explains everything about the procedures. Any questions are answered thoroughly. The procedures were pain free and the results were great! His staff is attentive and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to see Dr. Gaudet.

Dr. Gaudet is a true artist! I got a mini facelift and am thrilled!!! My husband says I looks 20 years younger! My nasolabial folds are gone, my neck is so smooth and youthful and my jawline looks better than it ever did (even when I was younger!). He is caring, gentle, attentive and honest. I wanted a mini facelift and was referred to Dr. Gaudet by a Boston physician. I could not be more pleased. The surgery was quick (done by noon), the recovery was relatively pain-free (I needed only Advil for a couple of days), I had almost no bruising other than some swelling under the eyes on day 2 of recovery, and the results look completely natural. I went to see a friend on day 5 and she did not notice a thing. In fact, no one has said anything other than lovely compliments, e.g., "Have you lost weight? Your face looks thinner." Dr. Gaudet has a warm, professional bedside manner and his staff are gracious. I highly recommend him.

From the moment you walk into the waiting room you feel special. The staff is warm and friendly, always greeting you by name when you arrive. Unlike the harsh bright lighting in a typical physicians office, the lighting is warm and low key, providing a calming effect. The practice schedules patients such that it rare you are in the waiting room with another patient. Dr Gaudet is a calming and caring surgeon that takes whatever time is necessary to understand your concerns and expectations. His surgical skills are excellent and the mini facelift I had in the office was painless, the results fantastic and the recovery only mildly discomforting for the first few days.
