Dr. Charles Haddad, MD

Although he is very nice he is not on top of things! He is very rushed and careless for his patients. You wait two hours for your scheduled appointment to be examined for about 5 minutes. He never returns patient calls or requests for medications, he also doesn’t value people’s time. He doesn’t explain enough so you always feel uncertain and confused. He is not clear!! He sits in his office and talks on the phone for a long time meanwhile patients are frustrated from the long wait in the waiting room!! He overbooks patients all the time. I have herd many bad stories about this doctor, many women have bad and permanent conditions do to his negligence!! He also commits insurance fraud so make sure you are looking into the insurance papers you get home.

Dr Haddad has delivered my 2 babies, both completely different births, the first being an emergency c-section (3 years ago) after a failed ECV to turn my Breech baby, and the second, was 2 weeks ago, and a successful VBAC. The first birth i was with a midwifery practice who collaborated with Dr Haddad to perform ECVs and in the event of a C-section, Dr Haddad would perform with my midwife, which is what ended up happening. It felt like a traumatic experience for me on the one end, bc it all happened so quickly and what i dreamed of being a successful ECV resulting in me going into labor and delivering vaginally, quickly turned touch and go into an emergency c-section, which i hadn’t mentally or emotionally totally prepared for i guess. Being in the fragile state and having only met Dr Haddad for the first time at my ECV and imminent birth, it was crazy how quickly and instinctively we came to trust him and feel totally safe in his hands. Even in an emergency situation he remained… totally calm, collected, professional and so kind and gentle, and everyone around him in the hospital respects him so much, it was miraculous to watch him orchestrate this birth the way he did. It wasn’t the birth i dreamed of, and it was very stressful and scary for me, but I was so grateful i was able to at least have a “Gentle Caesarian” and a beautiful and completely healthy baby in my arms moments later, and be in the hands of a doctor who immediately put us at ease to know he was in charge and delivering my healthy baby to me without fail. Fast forward 3 years later, I was able to finally have that VBAC i had been dreaming about, and while it was by no means an easy, quick and predictable labor and delivery, the important thing was that i was always supported by him and able to VBAC and that he delivered me my healthy perfect baby in the end, which was my dream come true. The rest doesn’t even matter. I am fully aware that so many other doctors would have pushed me to get a C-section to make matters easier, less stressful and more convenient, but never ever for a second was that Dr Haddad. He knew how important this was to me and i knew that the only way this was ever ending in a c-section was if it was 100% medically necessary, and that he would fight till the bitter end with me if it was safe and we were both up for the fight. I felt like he was my coach, my rock, my doula, my father, my doctor, he was all of these wonderful roles put together and i think we both knew in our heart or hearts that we were going to have this VBAC and healthy baby at the end of this journey, and that we were going to get there together...and we did. Without getting into too much detail, Dr Haddad has also been with me through some very dark times and deep struggles and hardships, and so i can also attest to the kind of doctor he is not only when you are pregnant and in labor and delivery, but also when you are not pregnant but trying, or just trying to heal, or whatever stage of your journey you may be on, he has been with me and my husband, and he has always been so kind, gentle, compassionate, supportive, flexible and accommodating, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He has always been exactly what we needed, and what i imagine anyone would need during these delicate times in our lives. He is the kind of doctor I would recommend to my family, bc i would only want thr very best care for them, so that should clearly indicate my level of trust and love and respect for him. He cares about his patients, he cares about what’s important to them, and he will never push his own agenda over yours, unless it’s what’s truly in the best interest of you and your baby. It brings me great pleasure to share my positive experience for Dr. Haddad bc i hope others can find themselves under his care and share the same sentiments and experiences that I have.

I believe he is a great doctor! He is very attentive, nice, and comforting. I highly recommend him! The wait time is usually long but it is worth it. His staff is also very nice, informative, and knowledgeable.

My hubby and I had two miscarriages before being introduced to doctor Haddad. I have never met a doctor who is so involved, kind, caring, efficient, loving, and sweet. I had a very complicated pregnancy which I had to spend over a month in the hospital. Dr Haddad and his fellow doctors are all amazing, even his staff. I owe him everything because he saved our daughter's life. Although she was born prematurely, he saw it fit for her to make her way into this life, and she is thriving magnificently. I have read some of the negative reviews and I feel like it's an entirely different doctor that is being discussed. Yes you may have to wait in the office because everyone wants to be seen by him which he is only available on Tuesday and Thursday, the other days he is on call at the hospital. Dr. Haddad will always be the most wonderful and amazing doctor I have ever met! I am thankful to have had the opportunity to be a patient of hisâ?º

My daughter went to the ER due to bleeding during her pregnancy. She delivered the baby at home at 12 weeks. The bleeding continued at the ER where she passed the placenta. She was admitted to make sure that all the products of conception were passed. Since her midwife did not have privileges at the hospital Dr Haddad became involved. He prescribed a specific medication. He refused to come and examine her that night. The next morning he walked into her room, sent her for an ultrasound and said she could home. He spent less than five minutes in the room and never examined her. He never even touched her. For this, he billed the insurance company $17,000.00 and was paid $16,850.00. We are disgusted by him, would never recommend him and have nothing positive to say about him. It is unfortunate that anyone would ever take advantage of a situation such as this.

He is the best OBG that I ever had. Understandable, knowledgeable, efficient, and great to get issues resolve. I simply adore him.

Waited two hours and rushed after don't recommend

This doctor is very careless and unprofessional at all. He let his staff to prescribe a very dangerous medicine to my wife (menopur). They gave her over dose and didn't monitor her, her belly got so big and she was not able to breath as the over dose cause her ovaries to become over stimulated and build up cysts. We rush to him and he decide to do surgery ASAP to remove them and He did it. 3 weeks after the surgery, my wife got the cysts back as he did not remove them right. Never trust this doctor. He doesn't deserve even one star
