Dr. Charles Christopher Kanos

Absolutely first rate, he was a straight forward professional about my situation and took the the time to explain the Pros and Cons of what needs to be done do I could be well informed with my decision . My Surgery went extremely well and relieved all prior pain stemming from my spine issue. At the follow up appointment, took the time to explain everything and what to expect going forward. Can't say enough positives about him!

Dr Kanos is a physician that believes in the process of elimination .Which I feel(especially after my traumatizing car accident)has proven to be the wisest approach in beginning my journey of healing Dr Kanos doesn't just say ok come on I'm going to do surgery immediately.He does an individualized analysis of his patients to patent a treatment regimen.He sent me to therapy for a while and to help w my pain (as it caused an elevation in my blood pressure)pain management coincided w/the therapy regimen.He was genuine in his approach .After almost 4 years of trying various treatments to aid in the healing we as a team finally decided it was time for surgery.Surgery would prove to have been the most effective method of treatment for my upper cervical spinal stenosis .He brought me back up from 5 ft back to 5 ft9 .I never told him I loved him for saving my life but if you or someone you know is suffering from any type of spinal issue ,don't leave town just stick around seize the day check… your chronos and call Dr Kanos????????

I can’t say enough good things about this outstanding physician! He did my L5 back surgery on Dec.11 and as of today Dec 15, I have ZERO back pain! Just the expected recovery pain which will pass in time. I’ve had back problems since I was eighteen and always feared surgery. Wish I had done this years ago.... I’m 62 now. THANK YOU DR. KANOS!!!!

I was refered to Dr. Kanos by my rheumatologist for spine consult. Dr. Kanos was very professional in my MRI and X ray results, explaining all options. He is a very kind and careing doctor.

My wife has had two surgeries done by Dr. Kanos. One was in 2000 for a brain tumor. The other was in 2018 for a Lamenectomy and cyst removal. We have loved him from the start and have utmost confidence in his judgement, his work and his bedside manner. I highly recommend him to anyone who has need of a surgeon in his line of expertise.

I could not recommend a doctor more than Dr. Kanos. My personal experience with him and his staff was stellar. Having two severely herniated cervical discs, extensive nerve damage, and loss of muscle usw - I found Dr. Kanos professional and confident with an incredible bedside manner. I am now three months post-op with a perfect recovery from a two level spinal fusion. I would highly refer Dr. Kanos as a surgeon to anyone.

Dr had a very poor bedside manor.I had to ask the dr to please explain my new brain diagnosis and stop talking to his shrine and make eye contact with me.He did not do A full exam and would not go over the MRI with me.Very poor Doctor *****

Dr. Kanos did surgery on my husband and myself. We both agree that he is the BEST!!! He did not rush into surgery and tried every reasonable alternative before surgery. He is so caring about his patients that you would think you are the only one. His beside manner is as if you were part of his family and caring immensely about any of your concerns. Thank you Dr. Kanos for all that you have done for my husband and myself. We both are much better off having known you as our physician. Stay caring and down-to-earth with your patients because you are one of the few doctors that make you feel that way. Thanks again.

Excellent Surgeon. I only hope to have him as a future surgeon if the need arises.
