Dr. Kaplan and his staff are professional and caring. Dr. Kaplan is an excellent physician.

I had to go through 3 ineffective prescriptions to get to the one that worked. This was not the Doctors fault, but United Healthcare's fault. However in each of the four rounds of ordering the meds, the office staff failed to get it right. Sometimes they told me the script had been submitted and it hadn't, sometimes they told me it was going to be called in, and days later when I followed up they had done nothing. Twice they told me they'd call me back after taking action and did not. The office manager, Megan, was unable to correct the situation, and she was unwilling to let me speak to the doctor about it. My initial physical was extremely cursory, which, combined with the inattentive staff, gives me a low opinion of the quality to be had in this office.

Excellent physician and office staff. Incredible follow through.
