I woke up around midnight last night with severe abdominal pain. Tried sleeping it off but couldn’t. Went to the rest room and then realized it was a UTI (Get them sometimes when I workout a lot). I wanted to wait to call in and ask for the antibiotics but by 3:30 am I could barely walk. It hit me hard and fast. So, I called the nurse hotline. The on call Doctor (Charles Knife Chief) called me back within minutes. I again told him my symptoms. And this is where it turned. He started asking me questions about the symptoms like any Doctor would; are you pregnant, when does it hurt, etc. After that, I again apologized for calling. I knew though if I would’ve waited until opening hours I would not be able to function or take care of my kids that day. He was kind of bitter from the get go but I just brushed it off because, well, it was the middle of the night. He then sighed out of disgust and said, “cannot believe you called me for this at 4 in the morning.” I… again apologized and he instantly cut me off and asked what pharmacy to send it to. Told him CVS and then snapped back, “Which one?” Told him off 96th. He then hung up on me without saying anything else. I could not believe how poorly I was treated by a customer service member of St. John's Medical (Owasso, OK). I would never recommend him to others.

I saw this Doctor cause I had no choice. I don't recommend him I won't return.

I completely disagree with the previous review and found none of what that person said to be accurate. I felt very at ease with this physician and felt that he cared for me and my situation. He was full of information and helped me better understand what I was going through at the time.

Delivered my last baby. Trusted him fully. Highly recommend.
