Dr. Charles Scott Mclanahan, MD

Dr.Mclanahan has been my doctor since I was born! He placed my first shunt when i was 21 days old, i was born 8 weeks early with hydrocephalus and I could have never ask for a better doctor! I miss him so bad but I understand why he retired, it's just gonna be really hard to trust another doctor with my shunt,

He was a excellent Dr, I hate that he retired but, I understand. It will be hard to trust another Dr. At this time.

Thankful to have him care for my son the last 8 years!

Thank you so much for being with me since I came out three months early a decade and a half ago, you really are the best!!!

He may be a very competent surgeon, but he absolutely lacks bedside manners. He is very rude and often walks out of the room mid sentence. He does a poor job explaining treatment options and talks down to his patients. He may be one of the best in his field skills wise, but he definitely has a lot of room for improvement regarding his social skills.

Dr. Mclanahan has been my Dr. since birth. Great person.
