Dr. Charles E Moore II, MD

I don't recommend this professional well-knowledgable doctor just because of his horrible front desk staff.The front desk female Jene, if that is her correct spelling name,is very disrespectful with careless,provocative,immature ,and vindictive behavior. After 3-5 visits , that Jene harassed me by coercing me to go to specific pharmacy- probably she just wants to harassing me after I mentioned the wrong dosage she had sent to my pharmacy.Despite I informed that abusive Jene by my pharmacy name , but she ignored me .Then she lied again when I called Dr. Moore's office by claiming she fixed it .Jene is dishonest, and she is preventing me from getting my medicine because my insurance refused to fill it in my preferred pharmacy since that ill- mannered deceitful Jene sent it to a different pharmacy .I called the next day, and Jose tried to justify his coworker. Later, I called to talk to the doctor, but Jose denied it and kept cutting me off kind of intimidation or… disrespect. Of course ,I can not reach Dr. Moore directly so they can do whatever they want!

Dr Moore is a great doctor who cares about his patients. Great bedside manners. He takes the needed time to educate you on your health. When You are at the office he doesn’t rush you he answers all questions. I am greatful for having a primary care such as Dr Moore. I have referred everyone I know to him.

Dr Charles E Moore had been my doctor sense 1996 and I would not trade him for nothing. He's one of a kind

Great Doctor that cares about his patients.

Dr. Moore is straightforward with his opine about your diagnosis and what needs to be done regarding treatment. He deomstrates a great deal of patience. He is very thorough. And demonstrates passion, a quality I find many physicans do not possess.

Dr. Moore was recommended to me and my mother by a family physician that recently retired. So far we had only the first initial visit which was fine. Since then, my mother became very ill with a sinus infection and I had a muscle spasm in my neck and could not reach the office both times. Through the course of several different days, messages were left and no one returned our calls. When my mother started running out of medication, that did it for me. I had enough at this point and is currently on the search for a new doctor. No one should have to go through this. I am very disappointed that no one had the decency to at least return our calls. I do not recommend this office.

The things I do not like about this doctor from my experiences with him: 1. His staff are bossy and act as if they are the doctor. -For example: I stopped by to get my son's prescription he has been on since 14 and now he is aged 20,. The front desk person took my information. I requested it to be mailed. I never received it, so I called. Come find out, the medical receptionist did not give my request to the doctor, looked in my chart and saw that our last appointment was 6 months ago and he did not give my request for the prescription to the doctor. He told me that the doctor policy was patients were seen before issue of prescription. -Next, this doctor charges for flu shots $30 even if you have insurance or in addition to insurance -This doctor charges for forms at the rate of $20 per page; then he incorrectly completed the form leaving off his credentials and his address; in other words, he charges to complete forms in accurately. -This doctor is absent… minded. I came to pick up prescription. He told me I had to wait. I did. Then, he walked pass me on his way to lunch. I stopped him and ask him when he would be back. The end result is that I waited for 3 hours because he forgot about me sitting in the waiting room.
