Dr. Rich and his team are all fabulous. They are all very kind and understanding. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and Dr. Rich was leaving town for a medical meeting. He wanted to make sure he was in town to do the surgery. He scheduled the surgery date before he left town. I was so lucky to have Dr. Rich on call when I went to the ER with a lot of confusion, vomiting and head pain. He diagnosed me right away with a brain tumor. I am so grateful for his time and care. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a Neurosurgeon.

Dr Rich and his team are worth the wait! I have had a double fusion & discectomy. Dr. Rich & his team truly make you feel like they hear and understand you. They took their time and addressed my concerns. He was an answer to my prayers when I was in extreme pain with my neck & back.

Dr Rich is an amaxing surgeon. His expertise exceeds many others. I have serious back issues, and will never even consider another neuro physician. ?? The best!

I have called 2 times for an appointment with Dr Rich. I am in severe pain from a ruptured disc in my lumbar region. The receptionist was very nasty the whole conversation and very apathetic and have yet to find a dr to help with my ruptured disc. I am very concerned that I will end up like the other person who commented on this site.

I was very nervous about having spinal fusion, but after meeting with Dr. Rich I was much more at ease. He was very thorough, as well as empathetic regarding my condition. I got tremendous relief from my fusion and without any complications. He is a very skilled surgeon and has excellent bedside manner.
