Dr. Charles Zoltan Weingarten, MD

I went to see Dr. Weingarten because of an imbalance problem that would not go away. It seems to be brought on my temperature change and frontal sinus pressure and congestion. Sinusitis had already been ruled out twice by Xray and CT scan. He told me that I needed an MRI to rule out sinusitis and that my pain in frontal sinus was not my sinus but my forehead. He was dismissive, jocular and disrespectful. I will not go back to him and will recommend that others go elsewhere. It was a waste of my time and money.

Besides being 25 minutes late with no apology or explanation- I had specifically asked for first appt given a work commitment. He was dismissive and sarcastic- saying at some point- I’m a lazy dr. It was a joke I’m sure - but this was my first- and last -encounter with him. So too soon to joke. His advice was ok and he did do his job.

I went to dr. Weingarten for an ear issue that has been lingering over a year and was happy with his approach. I don't like pushy doctors who insist on medicating when not even sure of the issue. I don't want to be a guinea pig.... Dr. Weingarten wanted to start at the beginning with my issue do some testing instead of forcing drugs on me, which is all anyone else has done. I will continue to see him. Also, the office staff was amazing, too.

Did not care about me as a patient. Did not listen or care of my history, but dictated his ultimatum .

He treated my ear like a miracle. Very comfortable to talk to him about concerns with my ear infection.

An excellent physician. To the point, no nonsense, but a pleasant, avuncular guy...like a really nice next door neighbor. Carefully explained my issue, and dealt with it promptly and efficiently. Outstanding experience....and highly recommended.

To many patients. During my visit everyone who came into the office asked for Dr. Weingarten. At that point I realized that he was the only doctor in the office that day with 20 people in the waiting room. Once the staff took my information on how to collect their fee, I was asked to sit. I waited over 45 minutes. I was finally brought into a exam room where Dr. Weingarten, quite literally, spent 2 minutes and 40 seconds with me. I had recently got a new phone with a stop watch and decided to use it. In that 2 min 40 sec. time frame he made eye contact with me once. He told me nothing specific about my condition. He asked how my hearing was and I responded "fine". At that point he said "might as well get a hearing test while you are here", and he walked out. I walked out as well without taking the test and never looked back. An expensive lesson to learn that he was the wrong doctor for me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I had gone to an urgent care facility to get wax removed from my ear, which they did, but I still couldn't hear. This other doctor (not ENT) said my eardrum was irritated. A relative who is a physician said the same thing. Dr. Weingarten knew right away that there was still a plug of wax, got it out, and I CAN HEAR!!! Wow. Don't go to a Internist of Family Practice doctor for serious earwax issues.

i was treated like a lab rat. botched ear surgery then told me to come in again for a second try since i have health insurance-WEINGARTEN is a money hungry pig
