Dr. Charlie Frank Dendy

The office staff is terrible!! Rude and very unprofessional. Make sure they get your 45 dollar co-pay!! I head this woman's whole medical procedure that Dr was going to a cure on Jan 27 for surgery for 12 and she had to be there by 8!!! As I sat there and listened to the office girl explain In a waiting room as we had paperwork filled out. We walked out!!!! left!! And the girl in the office said " Well, she's gone! Not impressed.

Dr. Dendy had carefully reviewed my information before my visit, so he knew what procedures had already been done and their outcomes. He was personable, yet professional. I actually did not choose him, but was referred to him by my gastroenterologist, but, if I had it to do over and could choose, I would definitely choose Dr. Dendy. The thing I liked best about him was that he did not treat me like I was incapable of understanding my condition and able to help make the decision about surgery. The results have been excellent! Oh, and the care he took to avoid ugly scars--even though I am well past the age for bikinis--was very impressive!

Dr. Dendy saved my life! Dr. Dendy took the time to listen to me,( and my family) research, and intervene when I had been brushed off by other doctors.I would recommend him to everyone in need of a general surgeon.
