Dr. Charng Fa Chong, MD

Dr. Chong is a pleasant person. However this is the worst run doctors office or any other office I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. They are open 1-2 hours a day and no one can tell you what days that will be even on the day in question. They can't tell you when their open because they don't know. The staff are unknowledgeable, ignorant and argumentative.

First of all I like to say that I will never find a doctor like Dr. Chong. He has been my doctor and my family for over 20+ years and I know the day he retires I will never find anyone like him. He is caring and takes time with you. No matter what type of insurance you have. He is not looking at his watch. He looks at everyone the same never looking at your wallet as other Doctors now a days do. His staff is sweet, kind and compassionate. They go beyond in helping you. I will surely miss him and his staff the day he retires. No one will ever be sincere, caring and humble like this man.

Dr Chong is a sweet doctor and I appreciate him for his sincere care. If there's one thing that bothers me is that I can't comprehend him half of the time. The staff on the other hand is unreliable. They don't answer the phone most of the time and when I do leave a voice message I don't hear back from them. It's important that a patients feels secure and confident that things will get done in a timely manner and that staff are available to answer any questions that we may have. However, I do not feel that way at all with Dr Chong's staff.
