Dr. Chau Ngoc Pham, DO

I was slow to warm up to Dr Pham. I have now been seeing her for several years and I LOVE her! She listens and responds compassionately. Her staff is great as well. I am trusting her with caring for my 92 year old father starting next week.

Stay away from this practice. She has no regard for what specialists say. She recommended me to a lung doctor, then turned around and denied his findings. She shook the papers in my face and called me a liar, when all along I told her it was the medicine she put me on. So glad she has let me go as a patient. Reporting her to the medical board for malpractice.

This doctor has the worst patient management and worst office management I’ve experienced in 50 years. I was charged $159 for an annual physical that was supposed to be covered by insurance. The doctor did not listen to what I told her regarding my physical condition and only paid attention to what she wanted to address. On a follow-up visit I was kept waiting an hour in a room after being told that Dr Pham would be right in to see me. An hour later, at 5:20pm, I heard the staff talking about leaving.

Dr. Chau Pham tried everything she could to make me feel small, stupid or wrong. We didn't even finish the medical form intake question period. I told her I had made a mistake in coming and thinking I could get some help and stood up and walked out.
