Careless attention, zero follow up after a major surgery. Hard to reach the doctor regardless this was a major surgery and horrible outcome due to a careless bad surgery procedure.

Recently my father was in horrible car accident. As a result, he ended up being transported to Memorial Regional Hospital and landed in the hands of Dr. Kiffin. Although I hear that all six doctors on that trauma team are excellent.... I don't think that anyone could be better than Dr. Kiffin. Her demeanor and confidence spoke volumes to my sister and I during a difficult time. After having met her and having her take my dad in the operating room, we felt at ease knowing that she was the one performing the surgery. My father ended up being in the hospital for nine days. During our entire stay, Dr. Kiffin was nothing short of being professional and timely. Her bedside manners are better than any doctor I have ever had to deal with. She is a remarkable woman and truly sets an example for others to follow.
