Dr. Crum has the best bedside manner! I am so happy that she is is my OB/GYN! I feel very comfortable with her and her professional expertise! I usually don’t do reviews, but I want everyone to know what a great doctor she is!

Dr Crum is a high quality Physician who really cares about you and your health. She never rushes an appointment and answers every concern I may have with thoughtfulness and reassurance. No question is too big or too small, and I always leave the room satisfied with my care. I have seen her for pregnancy care, birth control options and annual exams, and in every stage of my health needs her care has been excellent. I highly recommend Dr Crum to all.

We had the most wonderful experience with Dr.Crum and her staff. She was excellent every step of the way and I will go back to her for the next baby.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I grew up in the midwest, which has terrific doctors and healthcare. I recently relocated to Arizona and needed a stable competent OBGYN doctor. I suffer from endometriosis, a painful disease and need to be monitored closely. I felt AT FIRST that this place could meet all my needs, was I ever wrong!!!! When I went in to get my IUD changed out their nurse practitioner, Margret, was doing the procedure. Margret swabbed my cervix with iodine, after it was noted that I AM SEVERALLY ALLERGIC TO IODINE. I swelled immensely and was in severe pain for six days!!! I went back in and expected them to help me, as that is what a normal doctor's office does. However after completing an exam on me, Margret did not know what to do and had to go get Dr. Crum. Dr. Crum came in and did an exam and did nothing. They sent me on my way home. Due to being an immense pain, I ended up in the ER later that day and was almost admitted to the hospital.… A month later, I got a bill from Dr. Crum. I normally wouldn't care about paying a bill HOWEVER when the error is on the side of the company/doctor, I should not be billed. ESPECIALLY after Margret, the nurse practitioner, didn't know how to fix her own error and therefore had to go get Dr. Crum to help her which is why she was summoned to the room. I NEVER ASKED FOR THE DOCTOR, Dr. Crum came in voluntarily to help Margret to my knowledge. I ended up missing 3.5 days of work because of this careless malpractice error. Not to mention, the pain I was in during that time (6 days of pain total). I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PARADISE VALLEY OBGYN. As they are incompetent and greedy.

Dr. Crum was my OB/GYN for all three of my kids. We relocated to AZ when I was 32 weeks pregnant with my first and found Dr. Crum through a referral. She is very personable, listens to concerns, and is happy to answer any questions. Her nurse, Gaylynn is amazing as well. The office is clean and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Crum.

I have been seeing Dr. Crum for over 10 years. She is fabulous.
