Staff are efficient and Dr Park is pleasant and takes time to talk with her patients

Incredibly unorganized office. Couldn’t schedule a simple blood test without spending over an hour on the phone with her people. And then when I showed up a week later for the appointment, Chelsea hadn’t put in the order for my blood test and I sat there on hold with her office for 45 minutes as they tried to find a way to put it into the system. Will be finding a new primary care provider.

My first date was to meet with Dr. Park. As always, they took my vital signs first. Everything was good. I really wanted to discuss a number of minor concerns with her and build a good individual relationship, but the energy wasn't there. Her greeting was cordial. But when we started talking about health, I got the impression that it was dismissive and patronizing. I didn't have the level of comfort I was looking for from my PCP, so when she asked me if I had any questions, of course I said NO. In my opinion, she just wanted to read my file, prescribe medication and move on. This review has no intention of discrediting Dr. Park. I just want to share my experience. For me, it is extremely important to have trust in my PCP, since I am ?? involve in my own personal health care, as everyone should. One must be able to discuss all related issues concerning one’s overall well-being. Everyone is an individual. You can't treat every patient as if they're of the same pattern. Thank you.
