The NP seemed that she was in a hurry and entered the room with only an appt card. From our interaction, I don't feel that she read my chart or knew anything about me. She was unaware that I had already received my anatomy scan prior to coming to this appointment. The anatomy scan and OB follow up visit was scheduled by the office and scheduled it in the order to have scan completed and then follow up with OB on the 2nd floor. When the NP was trying to schedule our anatomy scan we Informed her that we just had It completed prior to this appointment. She was not kind about us having It done so early stating that it was "probably too early for them to get everything they needed." My husband and I felt that we were being reprimanded for an appointment that we did not schedule. She did listen to my concerns regarding constipation and recommended increasing my dose of over the counter medication. I feel that the appointment was rushed and informative. I hope our next experience is better.… Since becoming patient here, there has been minimal explanation. This is my second pregnancy but first one with this OB clinic. I have not met a provider yet that has introduced themself and their title, what they would be seeing me for, explaining the process of who I will be seeing next, etc. During my 12 week visit I had an ultrasound performed and that was it. The person performing the ultrasound didn't explain her title, complete a physical exam, ask any questions regarding the complications I had been having etc. She was kind but it was a super disappointing appointment as well. I feel that no one has taken the time to read anything about me. Which is disappointing.

Chelsea Pugh did an amazing job. I was supposed to do my glucose test. However, I felt that the test would not be accurate due to a recent stomach bug and wanted to talk with a doctor instead to see what my next steps were in keeping baby healthy. Chelsea was very professional and kind, and walked me through all my concerns and next steps, as well as rescheduled my appointment for me.

First time having met Chelsea, but she was fantastic. I felt heard. I felt seen. Thank you. It has been a long while since having that from any provider.
