After being told I was no longer a patient at Carle after 20 years I was a bit frantic. I had always heard good things about Dr. Horvat so made an appointment without any issues and got right in. I’m so thankful for this change. I have never seen such amazing team work and a staff that has a bedside manner that every patient deserves. I knew right away I was in great hands and had made the right decision for my treatment.

Dr Horvat did my hysterectomy in 2007.In 2011 I had cancer and did chemo and radiation which burnt me badly. I’ve had pain since then. I moved 2 hours away and tried other Drs. But they seemed less then qualified so I made the drive back to Dr Horvat. She listened to all the problems I’m having and she solved my problems. She is sweet and caring and knowledgeable. Thank God for Dr. Horvat!

Dr. Horvat is extremely professional and caring. She is very thorough by reviewing all aspects of a person's health. Listens to concerns and makes sure all questions are answered in an understandable manner. She is a wonderful doctor.

She diagnosed me and had me scheduled for surgery after my visit. This doctor is very professional and has a great bed side manner. I could not be more pleased with the service I was provided.

I had my first visit with Dr Horvat. I found her to be very professional, caring, tender and genuine. She took a lot of time to listen to my concerns and did not seem to be in a hurry to move on to the next patient. I love that! Great bedside manner. I also was impressed by her nurse and the staff at Centrega in Huntley. All very caring, and professional.

Dr Horvat was very attentive, she was willing to listen and help me through my situation.

Dr. Horvat has been my gynecologist for years and I'm very happy with her. She explains issues, she's personable and thorough. I tend to overreact to health problems and she has always been soothing, reassuring and, at the same time, honest about the risks and realities of women's health. I've never had cause to seek out another doctor. I recommend her.

Unfortunately, Dr. Horvat seems to be too busy to speak to her patients and leaves it to a less than qualified and extremely rude individual. Her "nurse" lacks communication skills, empathy, compassion and any other quality one would expect from someone in her field.I would not recommend this office to anyone experiencing serious health issues... routine "stuff" is tolerable but still not to the level it should be.
