Dr. Cherry Chandi, MD

The doctor's office has the worst customer service and follow through. I had just been released from the hospital when trying to follow up in regards to a referral that I needed from a serios injury. I had called about thirty times but no one would pick up, so I had no choice but to drive up there after just getting out of the hospital and in severe pain. I got frustrated and did raise my voice to the receptionist because she hadn't answered the phone after thirty some odd calls in her excuse was she was busy. I then went in circles with the admin team, which was a little bit more helpful but the insurance company told them exactly what they needed to do In order to fix my referral, but they seemed to be lost and confused even admitting other patients have had the same problem but yet they wouldn't fix it. Weeks later still going in circles with the doctor's office, not only calling multiple times a day, but leaving messages with no response back, I received a letter that they're no… longer providing care for me and that I need to look for a new pcp. I came to talk to Dr. Chandi waiting over hour for her to meet me in the waiting room, I asked if she would like to sit and if she had a minute what she said she did but then all of a sudden she needed to run out she had somebody waiting on her and stood there. I just wanted to address that there might be people with serious problems that need help and need answers and that somebody should answer the phone, because when I call multiple times and no one responds is a problem and Im sure orher patients are experiencing the same thing. She responds well you shouldn't be calling that many times because i'm holding up the phone for other patients.I said, well, at least somebody should be answer one of those thirty some odd calls and I wouldnt have to call so many times. She states that if serious go to the hospital and I stated thats not the point. Im letting her know wht I was frustrated that day and she said no one should ever raise there voice at a dr's office and i said I apologized for that but thats no excuse to ignore patients and a she said its her practice and she will run how she sees fit. I do not recommend this practice to anyone. Her lack of empathy or care for her patience shows from how she responded today!

Dr. Chandi is one if the best Doctors I have ever been to. She is very caring, and through. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Chandi is very professional as well as very detailed oriented when it comes to check ups. Been going to her for 6 years and really appreciate her ability to communicate.

I have to call numerous times to get refills and return calls. Lack of communication and organization. some of the nurses are very pleasant, but difficult to get help with out multiple calls.

I have been doing to Dr. Chandi for about 14 years and find her to be an excellent doctor. She is always very interested and spends time on my reason for appointment. Would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking a caring and excellent physician.

Best Primary Care Physcian ever! Saved my life more than once! Great Doctor, my absolute favorite for the past five years. It would be difficult not to love Dr. Cherry Chandi.

Very professional Dr. who spends all the time needed to answer questions. Best internal medicine doctor I have had in my 60 years of life.

Dr. Chandi is a refreshing experience after previous doctors I have been too. She takes time to listen to me as well as explain results of tests she has taken. Excellent doctor. Staff is no quite up to her level but she is excellent

Physicians cannot afford to treat medicare patients....office expense runs more than what medicare pays them. Dr Chandi provides me (on medicare) with the same kindness and time as her other patients. Thank you.

I have no issues with Doctor Chandi. I do have issues with her staff. I have never experienced a more incompetent medical admin staff in my life. They have failed 100% to follow the Doctorâ??s instructions. I am surprised that their lack of attention to detail has not caused this Doctor to be sued.
