She knows what she is talking about and was able to diagnose me right off the bat. She likes to tell it like it is, which I truly appreciate. For the first time, I feel that I am getting concrete strategies instead of having someone regurgitate what I say.

I met with her a few times. Often she talked more than listened, though it was sometimes helpful. The last time I saw her, I challenged what she was saying because it didn't really fit with me. She got quite angry and told me she wasn't pulling it out of her a**. Enough said. If you want someone who is aggressive and in your face, you might like her. I, however, don't want to feel bullied or intimidated by a therapist.

Dr. Davis is the best psychologist I have ever worked with. She is compassionate, extremely caring and concerned about her patient's needs above all. She is excellent at creating an individualized treatment plan for her patients and is never afraid to present new and challenging methods to help a client achieve emotional, personal and recovery goals. I give her my highest recommendation.
