Dr. Cheryl Lynn Mcneil, MD

Dr. McNeil explained in detail what to expect with the neurological testing. She gave my family valuable resources to look for regarding support groups for family in the Raleigh area as well as Charlotte NC area. Also her assistant has always been prompt with responding to our inquiries. We travel a couple of hours to have an appointment because she was able to listen, empathize, and be honest this made this health rollercoaster bearable.

Brilliant and empathic. A great physician. I have recommended her to two other people, who also felt very well taken care of by Dr McNeil.

Dr. McNeil has been my neurologist for about 3 years and she has been one of the most caring doctors I have ever had. She spends as much time as it takes to listen to you and to try to solve your issues. She has even called me on a weekend when I was having a very difficult few days and helped me find some help for the symptoms I was experiencing. I know that she really cares about me. She is personable and funny when it's appropriate but she's all business when treatment is discussed and medications are being prescribed.

Dr. Mcneil was exceptional with explaining the process for the diagnosis that my family was experiencing. She was attentative, patient, and knowledgeable about how to proceed with continuing a good quality of life as the treatment and services begin. Also Dr. Mcneil provided an open door to contact her with any concerns either through phone or reaching out to her directly if necessary. We left our meeting feeling relieved because of the genuine concern she provided my family. It was very encouraging to have her explain that the best care is attainable and she would be with us each step of the way.

My meeting was so generalized that I learned nothing. I was told to wear orthopedic shoes and sent on my way!!

She has a bed side manner of bad!!!!!!!
