Dr. Cheryl Denise Wills, MD

Worst DR i have ever dealt with in my life I do not understand how she is still aloud to have that title. All these bad reviews you see are definitely true take these reviews as gospel truth and a warning to stay away.

I have never written a poor review for any doctor in my life. I saw Dr. Wills for approximately two years. I always gave her the benefit of the doubt-she is condescending, judgmental, and accusatory. She spoke over me during every single appointment. She asked me what I did for work in every single appointment. She does not listen to her patients. When I gave her feedback she told me I was being defensive. If there’s any stranger you ever listen to on the internet let it be me-DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR.

I actually saw Dr. Wills for about two years in spite of my initial hesitation. Over time it was so difficult just to get someone to answer the phone for an appointment. I was constantly transferred around and out on hold, which I dealt with because we really seemed to be making progress. But then I showed up for two appointments - the first one she went on vacation and they never told me and the second they scheduled for the wrong location and she blamed me for not showing up! That was the end of that.

I have spent 5 years enduring seeing this doctor and it has not been easy. this Doctor is very closed minded and stuck in her archaic ways. She is quick to place you in a box based on her own distorted opinion based on one hour visits every 3-6 months. She does little to understand the patients personal issues, views, emotions and is quick to talk about her own personal issues which are very apparent. She is very negative and condescending as she definitely holds the opinion that she is the smartest doctor in the world when really she has much to learn. I would not recommend this doctor by any means. and I am disappointed that her ignorance and prejudices have lead to this point.

If you are looking for a compassionate Dr, DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR! I went to see her for years and I stopped because at my last visit I told her I had lost my job, she "said good, those poor people did not need some depressed person working with them anyway". She also said "they've probably been looking for an excuse to get rid of you".... REALLY is that something you say to a patient who is severely depressed and at times suicidal? I think NOT! Please reconsider going to see her. I was also out of my depression methods for weeks AND SHE DID NOT CARE AT ALL...FIND SOMEONE ELSE PLEASE

We have been with Dr Wills almost 10 years every time there is an issue I call call her ..She has helped me along with my granddaughter....We love her..she has also helped with referral to a wonderful behavioral councilor and the two work closely together to help my child succeed..

I have been to several psychiatrists through the years and this one takes the cake. Cold, uncomfortable office. Dr. Wills does not make eye contact, smile, or offer anything of value during sessions. Seems to only be interested in what she is typing into her computer. Very inhuman feeling visits. Does not work well with patients

Impersonal and flat. Highly clinical way of relating to patients. Evident that she works in forensics. Seemed to cut me off when I tried going into detail or sharing insights about my symptoms. Wanted only short responses to her rapid questions. Majority of time was her typing on keyboard and looking at computer screen. Reminded me of meeting with an accountant to have my taxes done. Gave it a chance. Went for almost a year. No improvement in the rapport or in my sense that she understood me and my situation.

Dr Wills was spent a lot to of time with me during my first appointment with her. She was very understanding, and attentive. I would highly recommend Dr Wills
