My children has seen Dr. Lau ever since their birth (14yrs). We have called him numerous times for consults after business hours and he has always been there 24/7 for us giving medical advice. We've trusted Dr. Lau and love him for his unending care and patience for my children. He is like family to us and my children love seeing him- Despite moving away from NYC - I still travel 50-60 miles with my kids just to be able to see him. I would not trust any other Dr. to treat my kids. Thank you Dr. Lau for all that you've done for us! Ryan & Veronica

Dr. Lau is an amazing doctor , I would recommend him to everyone, he’s so knowledgeable about everything and he knows my sons like the back of his hand , I’ve been coming to him since my first son since 2008 , he now treats my four kids . I leave in Queens and I would travel to Manhattan or Brooklyn just so my kids can get he best care from him

Rude receptionist and doctor. Why would hospital recommend him to us?

The worker at the office is terrible! Especially some one name Susan! They made us waited in the office for 2 hours and then they told us irrisponsibly that they could not verify our insurance because the computer is not working properly! We have been seeing this doctor for a few years and this is not the first time we are using this insurance, why can't they offer to bill us later? We were there just for my kid's annual check up! These people have no respect for others! Terrible people working in the office, very upsetting. Good luck to you if you plan to visit this office.

We've been with Dr Lau ever since I had my son. My son loves to see the doctor on our scheduled appointments. He wouldn't see nor listen to any other doctors in his practice. Dr Lau is very courteous and patient with my son. He answers all my questions and concerns even during late hours when my son got sick. I strongly recommend Dr Lau to other patients.

My son has been with Dr Lau for 3years now and we love him! He is always taking his time to answer all the questions that we have, and give you his suggestions on things we are asking. We like him a lot!
