Dr. Chi George Zhao, MD

My son had trouble sleeping. After meeting with his primary doctor I was referred for a consultation with Dr Sabharwal. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant. I asked if they could verify my benefits and I was called a few hours later and explained our exact coverage. My son really liked Dr S. We had a sleep study the room was very clean. They had the room decorated like a child's room. I was a little apprehensive at first seeing him hooked up to wires, I could tell Lucas was too. Yolly, the night technician, made my son and I feel comfortable by saying things like "alright it's time to get you hooked up in your space suit". I strongly recommend this place for anyone who has trouble sleeping or not sleeping. A couple of my friends are scheduled to go in aswell

I had a sleep study done several years ago by a top Northern Virginia neuro doc. Dr. Zhao's made the old one look like it was written by a third grader. Do not bother with pulmonology sleep studies or studies done elsewhere. You'll never get to the bottom of it. You need a sleep neurologist. Period. In the DC area, Dr. Zhao it THE guy!!! Solved my problem in two visits. I had insomnia since childhood (forty years++) He knows what to do and how to diagnose, knows the medicines and does incredible detail work on you. Go see him. I know from hard experience that he is the one guy in the mid-Atlantic area. Five stars.

I had a sleep study done by another neurologist, and it read like it was written by a kindergarten student. What a waste. A couple years later someone ...

He's one of the better neurologists in the area. Takes time with his patients and covers all the bases. I'm having him taking care of me AND my family members.

I had lifelong daytime sleepiness. Dr. Zhao made the right diagnosis and put me on a different medication. Now I feel much better and energetic during the day. I feel like a different person! Highly recommended.

Dr. Zhao and his sleep techs run a very clean and well organized sleep lab. I spent a couple of nights there due to sleep apnea and was treated very professionally. Both he and his staff are very knowledgeable and followed up with me every step of the treatment process.

My family doctor referred me to see Dr. Zhao for my sleep problem. I got an appointment the 2nd day. I only waited a couple of minutes before doctor saw me. Dr. Zhao was extremely patient, listening to me carefully, spent a lot of time with me explaining my conditions and options for my treatment. I did some research online before I went to see him. He patiently explained to me what I found online was myth, what was valid. I had a great experience seeing Dr.Zhao. I would highly recommend him
