Dr Chi Chi’s (Chienyenwa Nwachinemere) office is a top-notch Primary Care Provider (PCP) Office. Dr Chi Chi is everything that a PCP should be. She takes the time to get to know you and goes over any health concerns you may have and your medications on each visit. Dr Chi Chi ensures that you are being proactive with your health, prescribes necessary medications, and follows up with test results. Brenda, Dr Chi Chi’s Office Administrator, is exceptional in every way. Brenda is a lovely person with a fantastic personality. She treats every patient with respect, goes above and beyond to see that your every need is taken care of, and runs the office efficiently. I am grateful that I became a patient of Dr Chi Chi’s 6 years ago. I was unhappy with my PCP who told me I had to have a sleep study and see a dermatologist for the reoccurring ulcers in my mouth and refused to do anything to help me until I had done both things. I found Dr Chi Chi on my insurance company’s list of PCPs, called,… got to speak to a person, not a machine, and made an appointment. Dr Chi Chi had tests run, alleviating one thing after another, until she found the ulcers in my mouth were a result of acid reflux caused by my gall bladder which was inflamed and needed to be removed. During the testing she also found that I had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. A dermatologist nor a sleep study would have shown any of the problems.

It’s been about 7 months since I started treating at Dr. Chichi office. I am truly grateful for the active listening & suggestions that she provided to me in all of our sessions. I lost 35 pounds in a month & half, became less anxious (haven’t had panic attacks in 6 months), which is a huge relief. Anxiety is not only a problem but it felt like I was fighting with my brain and losing each time. Dr. Chichi is also the ONLY Doctor that referred me for an Orthopedist after discovering that I had pain/ weakness in my shoulder. I know “referring” sounds like a simple thing to do; but no other Doctor had cared and or bothered to listen to me so that I could make an appointment for the type of pain I had since I was 9 yrs old. It’s been 21 years since I accidentally injured my shoulder. I brought up this problem before & all other Doctors said was “take pain medicine” “apply heat” “ there isn’t much you can do” - making these statements without any X-rays nor referrals is insane. Vitamin D &… C has both been helping with the pain as well…Thank you Dr. Chichi!!! who would have known that I may have been also missing some essential vitamins. I am happy that Dr. Chichi is my Doctor. I can literally come to her for anything & she always has the time & patience to address the issue & find a solution. - Vlad K.

Dr. "Chichi" is so comfortable and down to earth, and the staff is so friendly! I'm thrilled that I lucked out finding them as my new Primary. They definately care.

Dr. ChiChi is absolutely awesome. She's proven to be one of the most caring and competent physicians that I've ever had. She takes time and listens to my concerns. She has no problem sending you to a specialist when she suspects the issue is beyond primary care. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Chienyawa cares about her patients she takes her time listening to you and not just sending you away with a prescription. She is the real deal. I've had diabetes for 16 years never had a perfect A1C until she started working with me not to mention my multiple health issues but she never gave up she kept trying different alternatives that would work with my situation because of her I'm proud today that I have hope for better health and that means more time with my family thank you Dr. Chi Chi.

The blood draw room is extremely dirty I wouldnt let my dog get its blood drawn there. New faces every time I come and the physician rushes you out id rather go to expresscare. I do not recommend

Wait time was excruciating I have been a patient at this office for a while. Dr Chichi doesn't see patients like she used to she sends in the NP who is really nice you can never see the Dr. All the staff are new and are not trained correctly and it shows the previous ladies were attentive and nice

I loved the politeness of her staff. She was very kind and listened to what I had to say. Will definitely cone back !

Very disappointing and I will not return. She doesn't spend much time listening and the wait was very long.
