Dr. Chike G Onwuka, MD

I would not unleash this physician on my worst enemy. I found Dr. Onwuka to be pushy and overly aggressive to the point I would not return to his office and I would not recommend anyone to him. His demeanor was inappropriate towards me.

Dr. I has been my husband and my doctor for quite a few years. Love his bedside manner and his professionalism. He takes the time to listen to his patients concerns and questions. Truly a great doctor.

I've been s patient for about 7 years, he has taken great care of me an is always available if I need him.

I just wanted to bring attention to Dr. Chike G. Onwuka high level of professionalism I experienced during a routine medical visit at his office today. He showed compassion, empathy and sensitivity as my case can be challenging. He was well-informed about my medical history and provided a care plan that meets my health care needs; while informing me of the consequences and benefits when considering his recommendations. What stood out the most, he actually sat down and listen intently to my concerns. Todays visit only reminded me how I should have written this review since becoming a patient of Dr. Onwuka. I recommend Dr. O he's so thorough and concern. You do what he recommends trust me you will feel so much better. He goes over and beyond.

Dr. Onwuka takes time with the patient. He is not a "2 minute discussion and here is your list of prescriptions," type, like a lot of other doctors are these days. He also will gladly prescribe generic drugs where possible, which is much less costly than brand name drugs.

If you are looking for a doctor who seems to really care about his patients, Dr. Onwuka is a good choice. Along with medications, he recommends a healthy life style and will not hesitate to tell you so. My wife and I have switched to Dr. Onwuka's practice after we had a bad experience with our former family physician. I feel that Dr. Onwuka spends enough time with us, and adequately addresses our concerns. Both he and his staff are courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Onwuka.

I would highly recommend this doctor for many reasons. He is prompt, easy going, attentive and thorough. We had to switch doctors, because our doctor of 30 years retired. We had reservations in going to any new doctor, particularly after a couple of visits to the one who "replaced" ours. However, after one visit with Dr. Onwuka, I'm confident that he will our physician for years to come. Additionally, the staff is EXCELLENT. We've had to make several calls in making this transition and in every instance they have been pleasant, courteous, professional and very attentive to our needs. What a refreshing and pleasant change from the other medical personnel we tried to work with.
