Dr. Chris Yongdok Kim, MD

Doctor cannot be bothered to explain a heart condition, or follow up after CHF initial diagnosis, and moderate to severe valve leak. I'd NEVER risk my life with that kind of care.

Dr. Kim is a superb doc. He is highly educated - knows his work & knows best ways to tell patients clearly, what they need to know so they can understand. He never "brushes off" patients, nor talks down to them. He listens, he explains clearly, he makes certain all info is available after appt..

Seems great to begin with. Spends tons of time with you, but doesn't listen to any of your questions or concerns. Talks about himself and his experiences. Will make fun of you if you question why? about anything. Does not help you to understand your condition only expects you to do what he says, take his drugs, with no explanation of what might happen to you down the road. If you want your doctor to be in charge of your life, he's your man. If you want some control and understanding of your condition and options, look elsewhere.
