Did the change in location from Summitt Hospital in Hermitage to the facility in Mt Juliet change the way telephone calls are processed? I have never had a problem before, but Have questions regarding s blood test result that have me extremely anxious and no one has returned my 9 calls,

Dr. Witherspoon is an excellent primary care doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. She is the best doctor I have ever had.

Dr. Witherspoon can be named as one of the most kind, professional persons who has the patient at heart. In my case I consider her an advocate. She has the ability to refer to specialists and then oversees my health situation with complete professionalism, yet remaining compassionate, kind for a patient's total well-being. She has the patient at heart.

Dr. Witherspoon has been my PCP for about a year, and I find myself continuously amazed at the high level of care I have received within that timeframe. My worst visit was today, and I still left happy... even with kidney stone pain. The problem was instantly corrected even though it was not in any way her fault, and the staff went above and beyond to fix the issue. What I experienced today is how healthcare is supposed to operate when things get a little mixed up. It happens to everyone from time to time. It's how they handled it that won the day. Wonderful physician, wonderful staff.

I changed to Dr. Witherspoon a few years ago and I am so happy I did. I think she is fantastic! Always caring, will talk to you as long as you need her too. I am so pleased with my service not only with her but with her staff and the staff out front also.
