Dr. Christian John Gastelum, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Gastelum for a number of years. He is an excellent endo, but his office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I spend more time on the phone with them and my pharmacy trying to get my prescriptions correct than anything else (other than having to wait a long time for my appointments without ever hearing an apology for being late, which is another gripe, if you make an appointment, it should not take 45 minutes to see a doctor. That is unacceptable.) They just can't seem to get prescriptions right, and then I spend all my time calling between the pharmacy and his office to try and get it correct. This has been going on for several years. I am seriously considering finding another doctor because of these frustrations. I give a 2 star because of Dr. Gastelum give the office zero if I could.

Dr gastelum is great!.. He's helped with my hypothyroidism and has even tooken my call on a weekend to put my mind at ease and restart meds when I was discharged after a 7 day stay at USC where they weren't giving my meds..office staff is very helpful with even the littlest things when I call or check out.

I'm so grateful for Dr Christian Gastelum, he was able to diagnosis me as soon as he saw me, when it too my primary care doctor nearly 10 years to find out what was wrong with me. He a great doctor and knows his field very well.

I started seeing Dr. Gastelum last year. He knows his specialty in Thyroid malfunction. I don't have any complaints about him or his staff.

This guy is not a good doctor. He is uneducated, a jerk, and does not care about his patients. I strongly recommend avoiding this guy at all cost.
