Dr. Christina Marie Devillier Collins, MD

Every time we scheduled an appointment the doctor is not available. She does not act concerned with this things we are concerned with and the reason we are at the doctors office in the first place. We have been to the doctor over 10x since child started a bad cough where she chokes herself on the cough. This has been going on for 4 + months. They act like it’s normal to cough to a point she choking. We have been going to the ER to get better service and to get tests run to find out her underlying issue are. The doctors office hasn’t run a single test for RSV or anything else. I had to request a test to be done and have been trying to rule out things in my own... I do not believe the doctor or her staff has the best interest of our child. Another thing to note is the staff at the front and the doctors nurses are rude and really act like they hate their jobs. The first time we were here the front desk lady was extremely rude! So I would tell anyone looking for a doctors office that… this one is a terrible choice. It may not be the doctors fault entirely for this review but she does deserve a lot of the blame.

Left my very sick child hanging on 2 different occasions. Each time I had to deal with the impenetrable reception booth. The first time I thought it was a miscommunication. Now, I know it's a pattern. I found it to be dangerously busy; we are going elsewhere.

One of the worst Doctors I have ever seen.

Do not recommend for pediatrics. Child misdiagnosed, resulting in ER visit(s). Did not welcome questions from either parent and did not seem concerned about well-being of the child. Rushed the visit. Extremely rude and unprofessional when asked questions, both in person and via telephone on-call after clinic hours. Noticeable lack of compassion. However, her staff is extremely nice.

Never tested baby for RSV after second appt., went to a third appt with another Dr and baby had to go to hospital, will never use again!

My mother went to this doctor and was misdiagnosed with bronchitis when she really had a flare up of her Lupus . She ended up in the hospital in Birmingham and fortunately recovered despite having to go on the ventilator. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone !
