Dr. Christina Lynn Lasich, MD

When everyone tells you that YOU are the problem, it is time to change. Use God, use meds, use whatever resources you need, but it's time to get your priorities together and stop blaming other people for your nasty, dysfunctional way of being.

I am not one to believe internet reviews. I am generally skeptical and I maintain a healthy level of incredulity. I didn't look up the reviews for Christina Lasich until after the fact, but they are perfectly characteristic of her behavior at my session. I have no idea how she was made Chief Medical Officer, as she is very clearly a deeply unhappy, distrustful practitioner who engages in quackery and draws absolutely no distinction between legitimate patients and drug addicts. Her interrogatory methods of approach, sans questions related to health or medical history, as noted in previous reviews; are entirely accurate. If you read her autobiographical descriptions across a wide variety of websites, two things become crystal clear: A. Ms. Lasich sees, "God," as a more viable course of treatment than medications. B. Ms. Lasich's aversion to pharmaceutical intervention is founded in a history of addiction due to a history of back problems. This, by her declaration is how she came… to, "Find God," which wouldn't be a major issue; if she did not choose to prescribe him to patients. Her own inability to exercise caution and restraint with regard to chemical substances has colored the lens through which she views patients and the world at large. Just as an alcoholic cannot distinguish between moderation and compulsive substance use, an addict cannot imagine a world in which prudence and discretion are exercised in relation to potentially harmful substances. She is a cynical, unhappy person with a chip on her shoulder and an ax to grind. If you are considering a visit with her, odds are that you don't have very good insurance. Keep your dignity and medical record intact and avoid this practitioner at all costs.

So Very insulting. A disheartening experience. I believe a doctor and patient should work in tandem to come to a consensus that will ultimately be comfortable for both parties. This is NOT the doctor to see if you seek that kind of treatment. Expect distrust, interrogation, and frigidity. She made me feel like a common criminal. Very poor communication skills and a general lack of interest in one's comfort or well being.

Very confused at first vist what Md I was sent to? Thought I was in an animal clinic with all the lg. Dog bowls & lg. Dog beds & photos & pamphlets of animal rescue. This was the most weird, humiliating doctor visit I have ever seen. Apon me arriving in her office with no other employee, she instantly handed me a cup to pee in?? Strange I though?? I was there for care & trusted she was to care for me?? Never really looked at me but instantly labeled me as a drug addict looking into her phone for information on me?? without listening to anything I had to say about my surgeries, pain or well being . I felt like a prisoner being interagated. Never ask me questions regarding my health. She seem to have had a "RAP SHEET" on me before I even signed her to be my Doctor. She had me labeled befor I went into this so called office/ animal clinic. She had me strip down to my underwear looking for needle marks I felt. She had this insinsitive ROBOT behavior. She sat in this lg reclining chair &… interagated me. It was the most horrible medical care ( not care) visit I've EVER been to. I went out to hall to call my referring dr. Asking what kind of doctor was I seeing because it was so strange. I left there feeling violated! I will NEVER go back & would NEVER refer anyone that need healing to see her! It looks as though she live in this office space?? I left there so sick to my stomach!

My experience with just phoning this Dr for an appointment was so horrible and humiliating that I have spent two years in pain because I was afraid to try someone else! She had a hateful "police type" way of interrogating me over the phone as if she already had me pinned as a drug seeking addict. I had just spent nearly 4 months in the trauma floor of UCD as a result of septic shock/necrotizing faceitus after a hip replacement surgery went bad and when she saw all the different doctors that had prescribed narcotic painkillers for me while I was under hospital care she (she pulled my PAR sheet from the DEA that every person has if they have ever been prescribed narcotic meds) she flat out accused me of "doctor shopping" and trying to "fool her into giving me duplicate meds".....let me tell you I was in tears after she let me have it over the phone. She never once asked me to explain or let me get a word in edgewise. It was humiliating and made me feel so violated. I really hope she… reads this because she needs a new profession that DOES NOT deal with the public!!!

I saw her a total of four times. She was stiff and rude, had no consideration for the cost of the things she was recommending and eventually humiliated me during my last appointment. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor so badly and I have seen many!

Sometimes a doctor can be so professional that they lose sensitivity/compassion & feelings for their patient.

completly rude... and used foul launguage.. just horrible

Shows absolutely no compassion or cares about what you have to say.Has a very strong and intimidating personality. Demonstrates a good deal of excessive mood swings and strange behavior.

Her mood swings affect patient care. She's not willing to listen or understand patients questions, or accept that the patient may understand their body better than she does.
