I saw some negative reviews but my appointment was smooth. Reception was great, friendly. Dr. Jensen was on time and explained everything well, answered all my questions. No complaints at all, highly recommend.

After stringing me along for four months and multiples tests and exams, I was told there was no problems with the areas in questions. I was also informed by Dr. Jensen he could do nothing for me. I left his office in tears and had an emotional melt-down until the next day. The experience has put me off doctors.

Knows his stuff, excellent doctor who really knows how to help get rid of pain and spinal issues.

I just thought it was old age setting in since I'm 65 and I've heard that "Old age ain't for sissies" because it's painful. I also figured, incorrectly, that I would have to undergo rotator-cuff surgery. I should point out I am not medically trained, but you've probably figured that out on your own.My referral to Dr. Jensen by my GP Dr. Jeffrey Frost, was the first step to being pain free. He fitted me up with one of the therapists and ordered 10 treatments along with 'at home' exercises. The pain was gone with only 6 treatments. Don't suffer with pain because you fear surgery, or can't afford surgery. Therapy has corrected my tendinitis, my husband's double sciatica, and our friends have similar reports, too.

Having dealt with the insurance system in this country and the need for physicians to see as many patients as possible, I was extremely surprised. Dr Jensen spent a full hour evaluating my problem and giving me the prognosis. He was forthright and gave me a realistic time for my recovery. Just rest and no further PT. It was a professional, yet friendly session.

Dr. Michael Jensen is one of the most thorough state of the art Doctors in this area. He cares and he knows his business. His staff is not as courteous or as caring as he is. So stick with it, the appointment is well worth it once you get in.

Dr. Jensen treats you like you are a number, Not a person. He doesn't care for his patients, all he wants is you in and out to get his money.

Dr Jensen is very thorough and very caring. He takes his time and is in no rush during the visit. Excellent doc in my opinion
