Dr. Christina S Michael, DO

I am very happy with Dr. Michael whom I have seen for over 10 years. She has always spent the time to explain to me my problem and I have never felt rushed. My husband sees her as well. I have never had issues with scheduling an appointment or being seen. I highly recommend Dr. Michael to my friends and family. I will continue to recommend Dr. Michael.

We've utilized Dr Michael as a PCP and we're just fed up with the impersonal service and constant pushback on getting simple medications prescribed on a regular basis. This doctor refuses to authorize meds for annual mailorder basis! Then she forces useless office visits in order to re-authorize meds, AND she's not even in the office much anymore leaving most of the work to her PA and NP. Poor communication/followup, poor office service, and poor patient interaction - can't replace her soon enough.

I have finally found a general practitioner that i really like. Dr Michael really gives you her time and full attention. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for Dr Michael and am very pleased with the care i have received from her. She is genuinely interested in knowing her patients and is straight to the point but caring at the same time. I feel Dr. Michael is very thorough and very knowledgeable.

Just left her office. She truly doesn't seem aware at how she comes across to her employees (2 who have said things previously about how she talks to and treats them). She doesn't respond after 3 calls from a pharmacy for a refill of a routine prescription. It is difficult to schedule an appointment which, now that I think back on it, may be why I've only ever seen elderly patients in her waiting area. She is terrible.

Dr Michael is an advocate for her patients and goes the extra mile. Highly recommend

I have been very happy with DR. MIchael and have been seeing her for many years. I recommend her to my family and friends. She does not rush me in the office and spends the time to answer all my questions. I never have a problem making an appointment and I find her staff to be friendly and efficient. She calls me with results and always returns my calls. I highly recommend her to any one looking for a well qualified caring doctor.

I will not recommend this doc.she is the worst.

Dr. Michael has been our family doctor for ten years. Wait times and promptness are relative terms. If I wait10 minutes or one hour past my appointment time I know that Dr. Michale has gotten herself a bit behind because she will not excuse a patient until she is thoroughly satisfied that the patient's time with her is complete. She shows me the same courtisy. She is a wonderful and caring doctor. I give her the highest possible rating and referral.

Horrible Doctor. Angry. Hostile. Terrible bedside manner. Don't go to this "doctor". This woman needs to see a psychiatrist for her personal problems. Can't believe she is a doctor has no idea what she is talking about. Quack

I just discovered vitals and decided to look up past problem doctors and this is one of my that should be in the hall of fame for bad and I mean really bad doctors. I met her on a recommendation and it went down hill from there. She is more than rude, she's crazy. Her staff all need mental evaluations. Let's start at the front office. Firs they only have a fax for communication and they don't answer it until the next day so no idea what is happening to your personal info. She kept wanting me to come in as soon as she called and I would be in a meeting. She finally told me that I should get another doctor since I couldn't make it within her office hours. I was cursed by the staff several times. Over the weekend when I tried to fill a prescription she would not answer the phone even though she was the only one on duty. I could go on and one but all of the posts have accurately portrayed her.
