Dr. Christina Denise Wells, MD

Waited 2 1/2 hours for doctor to come in. Talked over me, dismissed every concern I had, insulted my intelligence and refuted every previous doctors evaluations and recommendations. I have never felt more dismissed by a doctor. Left feeling much worse than when I came in. Beyond disappointing...

It makes absolutely no sense how terrible this ENTIRE clinic is! From the nurses to Dr. Wells herself. They cut the phones off so that patients can't call the clinic. At one point I arrived at the clinic for my appointment, 30+ minutes prior, and the nurse told me that the sign in sheet was not available until 2. This wouldn't bother me so much if my appointment was not at 2. I didn't see the nurse until after 3 and they left me in a room until 4:30pm. I didn't see Wells until almost 5! My appointment was at 2! When I finally saw her she told me quickly that she didn't have much time to talk with me about my health. It was deplorable! What in the world are they doing to have me waiting for those many hours only to tell me that they "don't have much time." Do not go here!

Dr. Christina Wells is an outstanding physician, she has been my primary care provider for the last 6 years as well as my 9 year old daughter. We just love her bed side manner. She sees us for every concern no matter if it is big or small. I feel that she really cares for her patients both medically and personally. I couldn't even imagine there being a better doctor than her.

I waited 3 weeks for my appointment to see Dr Wells. On the positive she she's patients with no insurance, on the negative she wouldnt prescribe any medicine for me saying that I'm poor and cant afford to pay for my medicine. But at the same time she tells me to buy over the counter stuff that costs way more than the generic medicine she could have just prescribed to me. Whats the point of seeing paitients if you wont precribe medicine to make them feel better. Well I had to goto the ER to get my medicine, now I got a $500 ER bill to go with it, is Dr Wells going to pay for that NO.

the dr took her time getting 2 our room my child was sick and she had to keep leaving the room every time the phone. i thought patients were first but that phone of her's seemed mighty important. that is crazy. at that it seemed personal just cuz of the nature in which she as talking in. so not what i expected of a dr! i ill never go back to that office and see her ever again if i go at all! she must be bi-polar or something. maybe you should get the dr's checked and not the patients!
