Professional and knowledgeable - most importantly, I always felt my health and the health of my baby was in good hands with Dr. Baidwan. During prenatal appointments, she would ask extensive questions about how I was doing and would thoroughly explain any questions or concerns I had. Dr. Baidwan was also concerned about every aspect of my health and well-being and not just issues that pertain to OBGYN. She used terminology that I could understand and explained in detail. During delivery, because of her expertise, I had no tearing at all, and I believe this is because of her. She allowed me to make decisions about my labor and delivery, yet spoke up when she felt a different approach was more appropriate. 2. Patient - I’ve seen multiple obgyns, and none of them have patience like Dr. Baidwan. Many times I would come… to my appointment with a notebook full of questions, and Dr. Baidwan only encouraged me to keep asking questions! I never felt like an inconvenience, rather I felt she genuinely enjoyed discussing my options and answering my questions. 3. Positive, kind, funny - what makes Dr. Baidwan truly stand out as a doctor is her overall demeanor. She is positive and smiling at all times. While waiting for her in the exam room, her laugh can be heard in other rooms or across the hall. I always left my appointments in a better mood because of Dr. Baidwan. Despite delivering at 4 AM, she was energetic, alert, and enthusiastically celebrated the birth of our daughter. **I would always be seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time, but I never felt rushed during my own appointments.
