Dr. Christine Chang, MD

I have been treated by Dr Chang for over 10 years and have found her to be caring and thorough at all times. I have the utmost confidence in her and feel privileged that she is my primary physician

Dr Christine Chang is the best doctor - caring attentive diligent. We cant say enough great things about her and her care!

As soon as I was eligible to switch to Dr. Chang, I did! (You have to be on Medicare to see her.) She was my father's doctor for many years, so I knew how good she is. She's attentive, extremely patient, thorough in her questions and exam, and responsive. She spends as much time as she needs to with each patient, so she's rarely running on time. But you know you'll get your time when it's your turn. She makes excellent referrals to specialists within the hospital and does careful followup. Everything everyone has already said is my experience, too - especially about getting a routine appointment. But Dr. Chang has always made time for an immediate visit when necessary.

Dr. Chang is a wonderful doctor. She is thorough, patient and kind. She spends whatever time is needed to understand the patient and her symptoms. She does tests when they are needed but does not waste time doing unnecessary tests. Her colleagues and staff are universally good. Having been hospitalized in Mount Sinai, there was a Dr. from Dr. Changs practice that checked with me every day -- often Dr. Chang herself. She is available to speak with patients and families. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Only downside is that it can be tough to get appointments. Dr Chang has often added hours to accommodate appointment days. Staff is courteous and kind in general. One bad experience in over 6 years with a staff member. Staff member was supposed to draw blood she said she would be right with us and then apparently left for lunch. We had to wait over an hour -- no one else was there to do it. But one bad experience in so many years is not so bad. I would never go to… another doctor.

Dr. Chang has been caring for my father, who has dementia, for several years. She returns calls promptly, she's attentive, she's kind, and she's intelligent.
