Dr. Christine Geier Childs, MD

Christine Childs does not explain the potential side effects of the medication she prescribes, nor does she tell a patient a medication may be difficult to come off of. She doesn't respond to voicemail in a timely fashion, even when a patient is having a reaction to prescribed medication. She doesn't answer questions about how to better deal with or how to minimize the side effects. I had to find out that information on google.

I could not get an appointment with this doctor. My primary insurance is medicare and my secondary insurance is thru BCBS who is secondary and not a supplemental insurance. I called Medicare and BCBS and they said that since my BCBS is thru my employer and not a supplement I should be able to see this physician. The secretary was in such a rush and so rude. I tried to explain that this was insurance thru my employer not a supplement but she had absolutely no patience.
