Not really sure who these other people went to see on these past reviews, but let me tell you as a patient of Dr Kasser’s since 2013, you can’t find a better doctor that’s more willing to work for you and help to figure out what is wrong with you and get the meds you need to make you feel better! And the staff is AWESOME!! They are so helpful and make sure that you have everything you need and will work tirelessly with insurance companies to get things done! This place is 5** for sure!!

Nice physician, horrible staff.

Arrogant, callous office workers and assistants. You take their time and they don't like it. Give them money and get out.

Great Doctor. Has a pocket Hitler for an assistant which you have to deal with.

I love Dr. Kasser. She truly cares about her patients. I have gone to her for years. She listens to you and treats you with your best interest in mind. I fell and hurt my back a couple of years ago. I went to a minor med they said I was fine and sent me home. The pain continued and I went to Dr. Kasser. She wanted me to have a scan but my insurance wouldn't pay for it. Dr Kasser's nurse was on and off the phone with my insurance for 3 hours before getting it approved. I had 3 fractured bones and was in the hospital 4 days. This is just 1 of the many times she has gone out of her way to help me. I appreciate her.

Dr. Kasser and her staff are wonderful. I've never had a more caring Doctor in my life. Dr. Kasser truly listens to me, and has changed my life in so many ways. I just had to move out of Memphis, and will miss her terribly. I would recommend Dr. Kasser to anyone suffering from chronic pain.

I was treated by Dr Kasser for about 3 years. I found her pleasant and knowledgeable. I had to wait in the office to see her some times up to 3 hours. That was ridiculous. I liked the fact she brought in a RPT to assist with treatment. My first visit to him, he obviously was of the one exercise regime fits all no left me in worse pain than before.

i have been going to her for 4 yrs .now & at 1st everything went fine. She took very good care of me for about the 1st year or so . So now I its as if I have to fight tooth & nail to get ANYONE at the office to make a move. I have been w/out meds SEVERAL TIMES because they lack trying to help me at this point , I guess. SO, I am not real happy with the office part , Dr. Kasser, I THINK SHE NEEDS TO FIRE EVERYONE AND HIRE ALL NEW and then pick the ones that are truely there for the patient and not for the pay ck. I would hate to have to change Docs. because of all her employees. Dr. Kasser is GREAT

I was a patient of Dr. Kasser for 10years .I loved her as a doctor and a person. She always took time to listen no matter what. I always had a good relationship with her, I even got her to be my mothers doctor. Then her regular nurse retired, she hired a new nurse. We didnt get along very well. Within one year I was no longer a patient there. My test started showing small amounts of illegal drugs I have never took illegal drugs in my life. Over holiday weekend I had to get go to hospital Nashville I called Dr. Kasser and told her, she had me come office. She told nurse to call get my records. Tge nurse said they had no record of me being there. She then had her call my son. He wouldn't tell her anything she didn't tell him who she did not identify herself to him just started asking questions. He said he didn't know anything and hung up. What hurt me the most After 10 years doctor Kasser never talked to me about it. When I called to make my appointment they would not make one.… Receptionist said I would receive a letter in the mail. I got one the next day saud she would not see me anymore due to doctor patient communications no longer exsisted. Im still so hurt by this I never lied to her about anything I could always talk to her. If she had checked on all of that she would have gotten different information. I guess it's just after 10years she didn't think I was important enough to find out what was going on .All the years before there was never a problem 2 months after nurse started there was always something. Seems a little strange to me. Why she didn't like me I don't know I heard her talking about me to another nurse there that she didn't know why dr. Kasser liked me so much. She didn't think there was anything really wrong other than I was drug seeking. As far as dr Kasser she is a great doctor I still thank her for everything she did for me. I just wish she would have talked to me and told me .now I don't have any trust in doctors being sincere. I do not and probably will not have any trust in their nurses.

Dr. Kasser cares about people. It's not the money. She always spends time with each of her patients until the patient has all thier questions answered. Youcan't find a better dr. than Dr.Kasser.
