Great doctor. Listens and cares.

You can hardly get his staff on the phone, and when you do, they do not note your account that you called. I called for a week straight to get my medication refill. I finally went up there because nothing was ever called in to the pharmacy. The desk lady told me I never called, and that I needed to see the dr. He was busy, so I saw his Nurse Practitioner, who billed me for establishing care when it was a medication refill. I am reporting them to the BBB. He also suggested several tests the first time I saw him to establish care, including allergy testing. On my intake form I filled out the allergy part and told them I already had the test with my ENT. He obviously does not read the paperwork you fill out.

I have been going to Dr. Bell since 2005 and he never makes me wait or leaves me hanging when I am sick he is one of the best Drs. that I have ever gone to.

Husband had appointment w Dr Bell and went to pharmacy to try and pick up prescriptions and nothing was sent to them from Dr Bell's office. It was like he forgot to transmit something so important for my husband and his healthcare needs. Really thinks that this is a crappy way to treat a patient and then my husband needed a pain medicine prescription that needed to be hand written and taken to the pharmacy and he completely forgot to write it and leave it for us and when I tried to request it the front office stated that he left and when telling me this was very rude and try the next day to come in and pick it up. Will no longer be patients at this practice.

From waiting in the lobby to waiting in the room, you hear the staff visiting with each other the whole time. Then he spends about 60 seconds with you. Also, his diagnosis is often wrong because the last 2 things I went to him for are still a problem for me.
