Getting an appointment was not easy. I was told I would be contacted by High Point Ortho after they received my X-rays, but days later I had to go back and forth between HPO and Cornerstone to get an appointment. Then I had tests and an MRI. The only reason I have the results of my MRI is because my CHIROPRACTOR requested the results the next day. NO contact from HPO or Dr Brumfield. I made an appt with Dr Brumfield on a Fri at 4pm because the scheduling staff told me he'd be going on vacation. He canceled the day of my appt! I was referred by a patient at my chiropractor. I will need surgery and I will be looking for a more professional, caring surgeon. So disappointed and sorry I even listened to this referral.

Dr Brumfield does not seem to care about his clients and does not listen when I explain what the problem is. I now have much more pain and lost some mobility since surgery. I went back several times and on the last visit he plainly stated that he did not know what is wrong. When I stated what other doctors said, he said that they were wrong and not qualified to give an opinion. He also stated that they did not know what they were talking about. How can he state what another Orthopaedic Surgeon with more experience knows, VERY ARROGANT!

This doctor would not admit me to the hospital even though my knee was hemorrhaging.He laughed at my pain. He then gave me a shot and sent me home. I had to go to another hospitals emergency room to get help.This doctor is callous and ignorant.
