Dr. Christopher Scott Crooker, MD

I have been going to Dr Crooker for many years and always have been taken care of and staff is always very friendly and professional , he is a excellent droctor and has taken excellent care of me !

My patient confidentiality was BREACHED by this office, due to someone who works within the offices gossiping in her office about MY personal business. I have complained, and my messages and refill requests have been ignored by them ever since. Unless you want your medical and personal details gossiped about, then I would stay WELL away from this place. I have an open case with the OCR regarding the breach of my patient confidentiality. I wouldn’t trust this place if my life depended on it. They’re horrific. They breach your confidentiality, and then ignore you regarding important medication. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I also have all of the proof and evidence that my patient confidentiality was breached at this office. They won’t even reply to my message and explain WHY they breached my patient confidentiality, they’ve just ignored me ever since. I will be pursuing my case with the OCR to the fullest degree. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Dr. Crooker is outstanding. In addition to being highly knowledgeable and up to date, he is an excellent communicator that listens well. I’ve been seeing him for about 7 years. He’s been compassionate about helping me get a costly drug at reduced cost to help with damaged nerves caused by breast cancer surgery and radiation. He saw me through a bad round of respiratory trouble that lasted for months. The vaccines he’s recommended have me up to date. I use the portal to contact him, and the responses come within a reasonable amount of time. I’m a senior citizen, and having a doctor this good is a key reason I don’t move out of the area.

Dr. Crooker and his entire staff are awesome! They treat me very well every time I come into the office. The patient portal makes it SOOOO easy to communicate with the entire staff. I have been seeing Dr. Crooker and his staff for over 3 years and I am very confident and extremely happy with the amount of support and care they show their patients.

Very caring and gives excellent advice and help. Listens carefully. He is the best Doctor I’ve ever had! I have been his patient for 20+ years!

Gave me the prescriptions I desperately needed for my major Anxiety

Everyone in the office had an atttude with patiens, other staff, co-workers, I made an appointment with the Dr and saw his N/P. Very confused!!! I asked to speak with Dr like I was set an appointment for and I was told to stop takiing all medications!!! I have never heard of such a request on a first visit and they know what trauma I have been through. Good Luck to all that go to the office!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Crooker’s for five-plus years. I’m 72 years old and went through a frustrating learning curve with the portal, but that’s the quickest way to make things happen. I was once on vacation in Oregon and my kidneys stopped working for three days. Dr. Crooker called me when I was in an outpatient ER in OR to check on me and assist with diagnosing the problem after I reached out frantically on the portal. Another doctor had put me on a drug that affected my kidneys. Dr. Crooker had the good sense to asked if I had been prescribed any drugs since he’d last seen me. The answer was yes and that was the cause. The man nailed the problem over the phone. His kindness, his listening skills, his proactive help, and his knowledge, makes me happy to wait however long it takes to see him. I book way ahead. I’m happy to be flexible because I think all of the patients are important and sometimes they need to prioritize how much time they spend. And when I really… need BIG HELP, I get it. In these modern times in which we live, you won’t find finer health care. I’ve also had great help from Richard, his PA.

I am amazed at all the bad reviews. I have been a patient for about 12 years and have been very satidfied. I know sometimes the wait is long and the office staff has changed quite a bit over time. I have always been able to get quick responses via the patient portal. Dr. Crooker is very knowledgeable. I cannot speak for the PA''s I only see Dr. Crooker and make my appointment well in advance. It is a very busy practice. +
