I had ear tubes put in by another ENT, and had gone to Dr Daniel for follow-up care. My 1st appointment, he spent maybe 5 minutes TOPS with me, then literally walked out of the room, appointment over, while I was still asking a question! I had to holler to get him to come back, and he was brusque and impatient. My insurance covers a 15 minute appointment!!! Second visit, I had some debris around my ear tube and was in a lot of pain. He used some scraping tool, scraped along my eardrum, which actually made me cry out repeatedly from the pain, then he LEFT, again, DONE. The next day I was in so much pain, I called to be seen, and was REFUSED. I was told by the nurse that Dr Daniel had said he would see me in 2 weeks but no sooner. I ended up at the ER, and they told me I needed to see an ENT. They were flabbergasted that he was refusing. His office then claimed they had consulted with the ER, which they NEVER did. I finally had to find an ENT 30 minutes away, who thank… goodness, took time and had compassion (and I DID have more debris around my ear tube that Dr Daniel had not cleaned out, that was causing the pain). I cannot understand any doctor neglecting a patient so egregiiously, leaving a patient IN PAIN. Dr Daniel is a monster, and I would NEVER recommend him to anyone, EVER.

Dr. Daniel did a sinus surgery on me a few years ago. The whole process was an extremely painful nightmare. The worst part of it was that the Doctor didn't care. To him, you are a specimen and nothing more. There isn't a grade low enough to indicate his " bedside manner". I have spent an hour and a half in his waiting room, and the staff there doesn't care. Just bring them in, rush them through, kick them out and forget them. Find another physician. There are several out there.
