I received care through teledoc. I just needed refills of medications prescribed by my usual dermatologist but could not go into the office. Dr. Dolan prescribed a strange formulation of one of the medications and when I followed up with questions he blamed me for not specifying the exact formulation (I did specify and I would assume he’d know which type is usually prescribed for this form of acne since he is a specialist). Didn’t like his ‘bedside manners’. I’m also a physician and this is in comparison to countless other doctors I’ve worked with in the past. The older generation of physicians tend to be very patronizing.
