I am pleased to write a revision of my first comments. Dr. Jimenez reached out to me by a personal phone call to apologize for my 1st bad impressions and requested. That i give him a chance to rectify my issues. He was able to make it right immediately and got me in. Within the hour to get the injections i needed. He treated me with extreme professionalism and kindness. I am happy to say i was very satisfied. I took the opportunity to apologize to his MA and can now have a pleasant relationship with this Dr. And staff. Thank you again Dr.Jimenez.

I am pleased to revise my earlier comment. I did receive a phone call from Dr. Jimenez and we satisfactorily resolved the issues. He was ableto get mein within an hour and do the injections needed. Dr. Chris Jiminez {Austin Sports Medicine} is the BEST doctor I have ever had {I'm 74 years old} the pleasure of being a patient !!! Dr. Jiminez is the kind of doctor I have only dreamed of meeting but, after 74 years, I started to realize this type of Dr. no longer exists. I then realized i was wrong when someone recommended that I see Dr. Jiminez. I suffered an extremely painful knee and went from doctor to doctor for over 2 years with no relief what-so-ever. In one single visit, Dr. Jiminez properly diagnosed and treated and completely relieved me of my pain. My wife suffered daily for over 4 years and went from doctor to doctor {in excess of 8 doctors in total} with absolutely no relief or solution. Her conditioned worsened to the point of not being able to walk and her pain was constant and getting to the point of being unlivable. In one single visit, Dr. Jiminez immediately diagnosed her problem and recommended the solution. Dr. Jiminez treated my wife with surgery and in ONE… WEEK had her relieved of pain and fully functional !!! Dr. Jiminez is the best doctor I have ever had the extreme pleasure of working with. He treats the problem and he also treats the patient. He is the kind of person you respect, like, and appreciate I cannot praise him enough for saving both my wife's and my "life-enjoyment" !
