Very knowledgeable and thorough. The entire staff is also very caring and I feel like I’m in very good care from beginning to end during a visit. Thankful for him and the whole office.

Dr Keller was very personable, likable and knowledgable, as a Nurse I will definetly keep him as my PMD.

Dr. Keller is a wonderful physician. Easy to talk to and prescribes exactly what I need. I would highly recommend him.

I waited only 5 minutes to see the Doctor. He is very personal and caring. I received excellent care and do not understand the low ratings he has. Thanks.

Honestly I was not impressed with this Doctors profound and terrible bed side manner. My reason for this review is not just to vent, but just to advise any new patient that if you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional physician you should look else where. I was shocked by this doctor's response when he asked me "You do not smoke, do you? When I answered "yes sometimes", he uttered the curse word F--K and said "You should know better than that!" Excuse me...yes I know smoking is very bad, but WOW! Are there any professional, old school physician's left in this area . He was just arrogant, rude and lacking in common courtesy and actually seemed annoyed that he had to deal with another patient. I will never go to him again, and furthermore it is a shame that Martin Memorial has a Dr. of such low caliper representing their organization. I guess that's what you get in a walk-in clinic...

Dr Keller's office is unique because they take walk ins' and some patients have appointments as well. If a person walks in without an appt they may have to wait a little longer.But most offices expect you to have an appt. So that is a convenience to be able to walk in when your not feeling well. The Dr has always spent an appropriate amount of time with me. If a patient has additional questions they can ask the nurse or ask to schedule more time next time. I think it's ashame that someone would use a rating like this just to vent. There are always two sides to every story.

I waited over an hour to get in for my scheduled appointment. The doctor came in for less than 2 minutes total. He told me "we'll have to get you better." He left the room and a nurse came in with 2 prescriptions about 10 mins later. I never saw the doctor again. Terrible bedside manner.

This is the third doctor I have seen over the past year and I have to say....I am not impressed. Took about 1 minute to do exam and then said"well, we'll have to get you better" "you should follow up with your regular doctor in about a week"....and out the door he went...????What kind of diagnosis is that? Didn't say anything about treatment. Nurse comes back in with a couple of prescriptions and that was that.
