Everyone at this office is great. I have been seeing this doc for over 7 years now and I have had NO problems whatsoever. The staff is great, courteous and very helpful with any problems I have had. Lisa is great and very knowledgeable. I am very happy that this is the office that I picked when I moved to Richmond Hill. I have never been dissapointed.

I love the PAs (because that is who I see). However, I like nothing about the front staff. They seem irritated that you need and appt, refill or have an issue. My favorite there are Lori and Alice. Alice is the PA and Lori is her nurse. You just have to get through the front staff who doesn't want to fit you in till the next week...hope you don't have anything serious.
