Not prepared to handle a scared young patient with disclosed mental health issues. Escalated the situation instead of showing compassion or getting more information.

The best experience with a doctor I have ever had. I see him several times a year and he is always prepared and ready to help. When I have emergent problems he is willing to write prescriptions without a visit, just a phone call to the office is enough. Cannot say enough good things about him.

I was able to schedule an appointment th e same day and diagnosed problem same day and discussed various treatment options in easy to understand and caring manner. He followed up to find out if I had any additional questions or concerns. I trust him.
