Was so kind and patient, have been going to him for years and I couldn't recommend him enough!!!!!! He is so personable and I've talked to many other people with the same experience.

Staff terribly rude. Waiting times are hours in length for routine exams. Go to someone other than this practice.

Dr. Petrus is so thorough with my care. He has the time to answer my questions and address my issues. He offers his wisdom and leaves no stone (not a play on words) unturned. I've never had to wait a really long time. People need to calm down about the wait. If a doctor needed to spend more than the normal amount of time with you, you would appreciate it. Dr. Petrus doesn't always know who will be in exam room. Thank God, he does take time when it's needed. The supporting staff could be a bit friendly and caring, but everyone seems to know what their role is and have that down.

Referred on a Friday to this office by an ER physician per diagnosis of a kidney stone. When I showed up in person to make an appointment for my husband and explained the situation, the woman at the desk was very short and informed me that the office would close at noon. Lacked any empathy for the situation at hand. Made an appointment in Mobile with a group that offered for the nurse to call me. Two different offices, two very different responses.

He used to work North Carolina and know is unfortunately in Alabama and still practicing medicine. He tried to do a simple stone removal on my left kidney. It turned into the loss of my left kidney. Thank goodness for other Urologists that saved my life after he ignored my cries for help and treated me like an hysterical woman. I am so lucky to still be here...do yourself a favor and don't go to him for anything.

excellent manner, thorough and professional.

great team work by staff.We had to fill out paperwork,that is the only reason it took fifteen minutes.The paperwork was very thorough.We didn't have to write in things,so mistakes less likely.Then scanned into a computer.I was very impressed.Dr.Petrus wonderful.
